Here are all downloads related to the planetarium. At least the tile generator application, one version of the planetarium application and the SQL database script are required. If you don't want to generate the tiles yourself (which takes quite some time), you can download the example tile folder (with tiles for one minute of a single day) in stead of the JAVA tile generator.
